 I had the privilege of collaborating with Steve on a recent Woolworths project. This job involved:

• Complete replacement of the existing alarm system with a modern, reliable solution
   
• Full upgrade of the existing CCTV cameras to high-definition models
   
• Installation of additional cameras to improve overall coverage and security
   

Our work ensured the site is now protected by a robust and up-to-date security system, offering enhanced safety and peace of mind.

The customer is having a second dwelling constructed on their property.

The second dwelling has been pre-wired for:

1x wireless access point
TV/data points
1x intercom screen
1x CCTV camera (to connect to the existing system on the main house)
The internet feed will come from the main house and connect to the second dwelling. A communication rack will be mounted under the pole home, housing connections for TV, data, and CCTV.

Final Project Scope:

• Second Dwelling fitted with:
  4x TV/data points
  1x wireless access point
  CCTV Camera
  New Ajax alarm system (replacing the existing hardwired system on the Main House)
  Wireless detectors installed on the Second Dwelling
  Smart door locks integrated with the Ajax alarm system
   
• Intercom:
  Dual intercom system, allowing communication between both dwellings
  2x buttons at the front gate for independent intercom functions for each dwelling
  Integration with the gate for access control
   

we completed the installation of an Inception 2-door access control system alongside a 3-camera CCTV system.

The access control system provides secure entry management with programmed user access for both doors, allowing simple control and monitoring through the Inception platform. The CCTV system delivers clear, high-definition coverage of key areas, helping to enhance overall site security and visibility.

We were recently contacted regarding an outdated intercom system that was no longer functioning reliably.

After carrying out a full assessment and speaking with residents on-site, it became clear the system was failing for the majority of tenants, creating both inconvenience and security concerns.

Our team recommended a full upgrade to a modern solution, and the system has now been successfully replaced with a new Aiphone GT Series intercom system.
